Would you like to leverage Tappx’s programmatic expertise to drive user acquisition and app promotion for your clients (with 100% transparency and best-in-class media buying), but your clients aren’t able to grant Tappx direct agency access on Appsflyer?

No problem! There are two easy ways to collaborate with Tappx while maintaining your agency’s own access and visibility.

Option 1: Add Tappx as a Team Member on Appsflyer

You can grant Tappx access by adding us as an Appsflyer Team Member using a dedicated Tappx email address.

This setup allows Tappx to manage and optimize campaigns directly while preserving your agency’s ownership of the account.

Steps to follow

  1. Ask your client to add Tappx as a Team Member on their Appsflyer account using the official process.

  2. Once access has been granted, share your API Security Key with the Tappx team.

    This key enables Tappx to:
    – Pull campaign performance data directly into our optimization dashboard.
    – Access real-time performance stats for continuous optimization.

Note: The API key is used strictly for optimization and reporting purposes. Data privacy and account security are always respected.

Option 2: Share Campaign Data via Spreadsheet

If Appsflyer access cannot be granted, you can share campaign performance data with Tappx through a shared spreadsheet (e.g., Google Sheets or Excel).

File Requirements

  • The file should include separate tabs for each media source, geo, and app.
  • It must be updated regularly by your team or the client.

Required Fields

The spreadsheet should include the following data points:

  • Date
  • Bundle
  • Publisher
  • Geo
  • Imps
  • Clicks
  • Installs
  • Events
  • Currency
  • CPA
  • Revenue

Example

Here’s an example of the standard format for the shared campaign report file used in collaborations with Tappx.
